Product Description: TACO F300863BSA1 Transom Cross Tie 15° Portable Cleat, 40" High TACO Marine's multi purpose cleat allows a boater the ease of an instant cleat in the location of a rod holder but also allows the boater to add a boat fender to the same cleat as well as many other uses. 30" High transom cross tie cleat ensures the ability to get dock lines up and away from outboard motors when tying off at the stern and for motor cowling protection.

  • Accommodates up to 3/4" dock line for larger boat applications
