Product Description: 2-Part Polyurethane Primer A hard two-part semi-gloss polyurethane undercoat. Provides an extremely smooth, pinhole-free surface prior to topcoating with any Epifanes high gloss polyurethane. Good flowing properties, very quick drying, medium filling and easy sanding.
