Product Description: SeaDog 041404 Folding Stud Mount Cleat Investment Cast 316 S/S Highly polished cast 316 stainless fold-down cleats lock down when not in use and flip back up when it’s time to tie off. Surface mount means there are no drain tubes or receptacles required to prevent leaks. Installation is easy with two standard bit size holes drilled for the studs, no cut-outs or hole saws required.
